High-quality digital media, and an effective social media strategy, is critical. That’s what makes the chart below even scarier.
80% of Realtors use Facebook, 75% use linked in, and only 30% or less use Twitter, Pinterest, and other social media channels. Moreover, from my experience, about 1% actually use those channels effectively for driving website traffic and interest to their clients’ homes. More on that in another post. Suffice it to say, I use an in-house media manager to monitor traffic and continually post content to keep our audience engaged and spreading the news about our home listings effectively.
