People donate their time, talent, and treasure in spades to ensuring the district is a leader, not a laggard. (2) Location: how great is it to be on the doorstep of all the cool things to do and see in Minneapolis, but without the hustle and bustle? That is something I appreciated when making a decision to move here. (3) City Services: I knew Edina also had a reputation for taking care of streets, and providing excellent public amenities and facilities. Nice to live in a place where the details are handled efficiently and effectively.And.. of course.. because of the above, I knew it would be a sound investment in real estate that would stand the test of time. Look at how we have weathered the housing recession! We've taken our losses, but we went down less, and bounced back faster, than any other Metro city. Here are the top 3 reasons I bought here:
