Don’t make the mistake of browsing open houses, and using third party sites online to search for homes. This guarantees you don’t have access to the most up-to-the-minute information on the homes you want to purchase. Did you know that most broker sites, for instance, will continue to display a property as “active” when the home is already sold under a contingency (subject to inspection, bank approval, etc)? There is no way for the consumer to know this looking at the MLS data this way. Instead, I can connect you directly to the MLS database through a customer search tool called “The Portal.”

Fill out my Online Contact Form, and tell me the areas you want to search, price range, minimum # beds, baths, and garage stalls needed, and any other required amenities, and I will set up your custom MLS search. Each 24 hour period, the search will query the database and send you all new or reduced listings that meet your criteria, and highlight these listings in yellow so it’s easy for your to find. You can also classify listings as “Favorites” or “Possibilities,” and even throw out properties you never want to see again. You will love it, I guarantee!
