When we purchased 5825 Long Brake Trail in 2003, our agent told us, “This home has good karma.” That got my attention and her words came true! This is indeed a great family home, and we were the second family to raise children here. In no certain order, these are a few of our favorite things: the 360 degree views of nature, observing the four seasons from the over-sized windows, the to-die-for cook’s kitchen, the easy maintenance floors (especially the heated master bath!), the .51 acre lot with room to roam, the neighbors (they’re the greatest!), Bill’s beautiful perennials (including bunches of tulips that come up in the spring), the ease of entertaining here, and, finally, the zen nature of this home. We are never more relaxed than when we are home at 5825 Long Brake Trail. Our house was rebuilt from the studs up in 2016. At the time, we paid very close attention to what the “next” family may want. So the house is wired for good wifi and all-over sound, it has the latest in AC and heating systems, the upstairs teen family room-loft-lounge is a popular place, and the windows are easy to clean. We’ve lived in five cities and five homes, but forevermore, this home will be our favorite. It’s just time to let a new family experience the karma. Cheers!
