Happy Holidays! We are closing in on another New Year, filled with endless hope and possibilities. It’s a time to reflect on the progress made to date with gratitude and to look ahead to continued growth. With that spirit in mind, we want to thank you for your business and referrals in 2024!
Our real estate business continues to flourish, our client base is growing, and we now have over one hundred 5 5-star ratings on Google and Zillow, demonstrating our dedication to both service and results over the last 25 years. We are proud of that! We remain the Best Edina Real Estate Agent, and this year closed some of the largest sales in Edina, including the penthouse at Galleria Residences, a Great Neighborhood Homes project in Minnehaha Woods, and a $1M teardown lot sale in Arden Park. $28 Million in sales this year!
Our family continues to grow as well, and we now have 3 high schoolers and 1 college student. Our seniors will graduate next spring as the Class of 2025 and continue to stay busy in school, sports, and service-related activities. Our junior Edina Boys Varsity Football Team went to the quarterfinals of state (after getting to the 2024 State Championship for the first time in 55 years). Our junior Edina Girls Varsity Soccer Team got back to the state finals (after winning the 2024 State Championship for the first time in 37 years). And our freshman was confirmed in his Catholic faith. These are happy times, and we appreciate the friendship and support we get from those around us.
