Hilldale

One of the smallest, and most expensive, areas in all of the city.

Welcome to Hilldale

The Hilldale Neighborhood of Edina is one of the smallest, and most expensive, areas in all of the city. Like Rolling Green, Country ClubParkwood Knolls, and other upper bracket Edina neighborhoods, Hilldale offers lush, beautiful streetscapes and high quality luxury homes. Existing homes can still be found in the $500,000-$1,000,000 mark, although these are becoming less common. You will also find new construction homes that run $2,000,000 and above, on generous lots with expansive square footage and high-end finishes. As with any smaller, more exclusive subdivision, the Hilldale Neighborhood is very walkable, and features many mature trees and greenspaces for residents to enjoy, along with an undulating street pattern. Hilldale is just down the road from both Interlachen Golf Course and the Highlands Neighborhood, where you will find tennis courts, greenspace, and additional recreational options at Highlands Park. Hilldale is an excellent place to be!
