Indian Hills

Rise up above two main bodies of water.

Welcome to Indian Hills

The Indian Hills Neighborhood of Edina is a very special upper bracket neighborhood like no other in Edina. As its name suggests, Indian Hills is laid out on gently rolling hills that rise up above two main bodies of water: Arrowhead Lake and Indianhead Lake. Both of these lakes offer waterfront properties, and make use of private homeowner’s associations to facilitate maintenance of water quality and shoreline. Indian Hills is a very forested area, with majestic old growth trees throughout the neighborhood. This means that lots are very private and serene. It also means that when you’re walking or driving the area, you feel like you’re in the country, not in a first-ring suburb of Minneapolis. It’s this special naturalistic feel that makes this Edina neighborhood so sought after by luxury home buyers. As with the Creek Valley Neighborhood, Indian Hills offers convenient access to Creek Valley Elementary, Valley View Middle, and Edina High School, making it an excellent choice for families with school age children enrolled in Edina schools.
