The Todd Park Neighborhood of Edina is located just across Interlachen Boulevard from Grandview and the Highlands Neighborhood, and sits along both Minnehaha Creek and Todd Park (fields, greenspace, tennis courts, playground). The Todd Park Neighborhood has many different housing styles, including ramblers, split levels, and two story homes. As with most of Edina, Todd Park also has new construction homes starting in the $1,200,000 range, and moving up from that.
