Braemar Hills

Most of the neighborhood life focuses on the game of golf.

Welcome to Braemar Hills

Like Dewey Hill and Prospect Knolls, the Braemar Hills Neighbrohood borders on the lush lands of the Braemar Golf Course & Park of Edina, and most of the neighborhood life focuses on the game of golf and outdoor play along the numerous trails and walkways provided by the park land. Braemar Hills is also very close to the Braemar Ice Arena, Braemar Sports Dome, Braemar Golf Dome, and Courtney Fields, which provided the best youth and adult sporting options in the entire state of Minnesota. This Edina neighborhood has a great mixture of homes, from million dollar sprawling ramblers nestled along the golf course’s northern edge, to 1960’s and 70’s standard two story homes that are great for growing households, usually 4-5 bedrooms on the upper level. St Albans’s Church, St Patrick’s Church, Edina High School, Valley View Middle School, and Creek Valley Elementary are all just up the hill, and provide the heartbeat of community life for the area. In fact, all of these institutions host community-wide events thoughout the year, including great theater and band shows at Edina Performing Arts Center (EPAC) at Edina High School. A great place for an active lifestyle, but also a short drive or bike ride to many wonderful schools and amenities!
