Welcome to Birchcrest

The Birchcrest Neighborhood of Edina is located just across the highway from the Edina Schools Community Center, Concord School, Normandale School, and Southview Middle School campus, and adjacent to the Countryside Neighborhood. Birchrest has nice rolling topography and an interesting street layout, as well as many wonderful ponds and small wetlands throughout. The Birchcrest Neighborhood is almost all rambler style homes, with the exception of the two story new construction homes that are replacing the older ramblers. Convenient access to Countryside Park and 62 is available via Valley View Rd, which winds along the southern edge of Birchrest. You can also walk or bike to Birhcrest Park, Garden Park (great baseball and soccer fields), or the Concord-Southview school campus where you will find more playgrounds, fields, and greenspace for your enjoyment.
