Countryside

Single family homes of various styles.

Welcome to Countryside

The Countryside Neighborhood of Edina has it all: 700+ single family homes of various styles, prices, and sizes; 100+ townhomes in several complexes; 2 wonderful parks at Countryside and Bredesen; a great elementary school at Countryside; and senior living facilities at the Waters of Edina, just around the corner from Fire Station #1 and Colonial Church. Countryside Park has been recently upgraded with new ball fields, a new basketball court, new hockey rink and warming house, and even new walking trails around the perimeter. Most roads have been reconstructed in the last few years, and you’ll find bike lanes on Olinger Blvd and Tracy Ave near Countryside School. There are traditional two story homes from the 1970’s-1990’s for a growing family, as well as classic 1950’s and 60’s ramblers. You will also find new construction homes in the $1,000,000-$1,400,000 range, mainly to the east of Tracy Ave. For those nature lovers, there is Bredesen Park, a preserve of wildlife, forest, and flora with nature trails, paved walking and biking paths, and observation points. As with Bredesen Park Neighborhood to the west, the Nine Mile Creek Regional Trail comes directly through Countryside and delvers regional bike and walk access to residents.
