Creek Knoll

Very peaceful, intimate, and walkable.

Welcome to Creek Knoll

Just north of Chowen Park Neighborhood, and tucked in between Minnehaha Creek and 54th Street, you will find the Creek Knoll Neighborhood. There are only 100 homes or so in the area, some of which front directly on to Minnehaha Creek, and only a few streets, most of which dead end. These features make the Creek Knoll Neighborhood very peaceful, intimate, and walkable, a great place for those looking for a low key experience. As with the Minnehaha Woods Neighborhood to the west, you will find storybook 1940’s and 50’s ramblers and cape cods, along with new construction luxury homes up to $1,700,000. Bike lanes and boulevards run along the north edge of Creek Knoll, and you will also find a pedestrian bridge across the street at Abbott Place, a great place to walk, talk, and enjoy all that Creek life has to offer!
