The Edinborough Park Neighborhood was part of the master plan for Centennial Lakes in the 1980’s, and includes condos, park, corporate center, hotel, office, and medical buildings. The primary focus of the area is Edinborough Park, a unique indoor park with a gym, pool, kids play structure and gym, indoor plantings, walkways, and atrium. Adjacent condo owners and corporate center tenants enjoy annual “gym and swim” memberships to Edinborough Park as part of their association dues, an excellent built-in amenity.
