Grandview

More walkable and bikeable environment.

Welcome to Grandview

The Grandview Neighborhood of Edina is located just south of the Todd Park Neighborhood, across Interlachen Boulevard. Grandview includes a single family area on the north end (known as “Brookside Heights”), a small subdivision of single family homes along the railroad tracks on the west end, Grandview Square condos (170+ condo units) along Grandview Square Park, Grandview Library, Grandview Senior Center, Jerry’s Foods, and a host of Grandview area retailers along Vernon Ave. The Grandview Neighborhood offers a mixed use environment, with convenient grocery, retail, and housing options all within proximity of one another. Grandview has classic 1950’s ramblers and capes in the $400,000’s. Grandview of Edina also offers newer construction condos (built in 2000’s) at Grandview Square, with prices ranging from $400,000-$800,000, depending on the size and floor of the unit. The City of Edina has developed a master plan for the Grandview District, which will include additional retail and housing options in the future, and a more walkable, bikeable environment.
