Pamela Park

Enjoying youth athletics and the wonderful bucolic environs.

Welcome to Pamela Park

The Pamela Park Neighborhood of Edina is one of the larger single family neighborhoods in Edina, with about 450 total homes. As with the Concord Neighborhood just across Wooddale Ave, Pamela Park was built up in the 1950’s and 1960’s, and consists mainly of ramblers and 1.5 story homes from that era. As new construction redevelopment has moved south out of Arden ParkMinnehaha Woods, and Golf Terrace Heights, the Pamela Park Neighborhood has also experienced a number of new single in-fill homes, ranging from $1,400,000-$1,800,000. However, there are still some reasonably priced homes in the $500,000 range. The Pamela Park Neighborhood is centered around its namesake, Pamela Park, which offers so many different options, from playgrounds, to skating rink, to new warming hut, new turf fields, existing grass fields, wetlands, walking paths, and a playground. If you have kids, at some point, there’s a chance you’ll be at Pamela Park enjoying youth athletics and the wonderful bucolic environs of Pamela Park!
