The Parklawn Neighborhood of Edina is situated along the east edge of the South Cornelia Neighborhood, within walking distance of Cornelia School and Park, and bordering the 42 acre Fred Richards Park and Lake Edina Parkland. Edina Parklawn offers solely multi-family housing options, including both rental apartments and ownership condominium units. The Edina Parklawn condo complexes were built mainly within the 1960’s and 1970’s, and are affordable at an average price of 150,000.
