Welcome to Presidents

The Presidents Neighborhood of Edina lies just west of Blake Road and the Interlachen Park Neighborhood, forming the border with the neighboring city of Hopkins. In fact, all of this area lies within the Hopkins School District. The Presidents consist of 400 homes, most of which are 1950’s and 60’s ramblers and 1.5 story homes, modestly priced in the $300,000-$500,000 range. There are several newer cul de sac subdivisions within the neighborhood that are very nice, and offer more expensive homes at the $800,000 and above level. Edina Presidents Neighborhood has the only year-round off leash dog park at Van Valkenburg Park, along with a full-service park at Alden Park. Edina Presidents offers convenient access just north of Excelsior Blvd on Blake Rd to the Cedar Lake Regional Bike Trail and hundreds of miles of biking and walking trails. The Presidents also sits close to Edina Presidents sits close to the future Southwest LRT, and will be within walking distance of the Blake Road light rail station.
