Welcome to Melody Lake

The Melody Lake Neighborhood of Edina lies just north of the Birchcrest Neighborhood, and just across the highway bridge from the Concord, Normandale, and Southview schools, and Kuhlman Stadium & Fields. Melody Lake is a great walking neighborhood, and many residents enjoy circling Melody Lake, enjoying the views, and sitting down to observe wildlife and nature there. The Melody Lake Neighborhood has the typical 1950’s and 60’s ramblers that are so prevalent in Edina, along with new construction homes starting in the $1,400,000 range. Just north of the neighborhood, you will find the Grandview Neighborhood, and the Grandview District with a host of retailers along Vernon Ave, along with Jerry’s Foods. Residents of the Melody Lake Neighborhood also make use of the many fields and open spaces at Garden Park as well, which was recently renovated with new baseball facilities. Finally, Our Lady of Grace School can be found at the northern edge of the area. A quiet neighborhood yet on the doorstep of many great amenities!
